FAQ

We are here to provide you with as much information as possible concerning your graduation/school photography needs.  We are a service based industry, and we provide the best possible service to all of our clients.  If there are any questions here that we have not answered, please call or email us.  We look forward to serving you!

How do you provide professional photography services at such low prices when every other company charges 10 times as much?  Is this a scam?

This is not a scam.  We are changing the paradigm to make school photography affordable for everyone.  We don't offer schools "free ID badges" or "free staff portraits" or "free images" of any kind that most other school photography corporations do, as these are NOT free!  They are actually paid for by the graduates via exorbitantly priced graduation photos!!  By eliminating so-called 'free services' we are able to offer our products and services at a much lower cost. Offering so-called "free services" is a sales tactic used by photography corporations in order to get schools to sign with them, but nothing is really free.  These corporations get their money back by overcharging graduates for their images.  Moreover, we are selling digital images that students can print at their leisure.  Students are paying for our time, our expertise, digital files, and a class composite they will receive at graduation.  They are NOT paying for anything else.  There are also options availabe for students to have images printed by us if they so choose at a very reasonable cost.

When will you come to our school?

We book throughout the school year, and because students don't have to wait weeks or even months for their images, we book graduation photography from November to May.  The student association at your school will have more information, and posters and sign up sheets to book appointments will be available at the school.   Note, we prefer to do retakes on THE SAME DAY, as students either approve or reject their images during their session. If there is a clothing hair or other issue, we will of course be happy to reshoot your photos on another day for an additional 10 dollars.

How long is a photo session?

A photo session is booked for 20 minutes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes BEFORE your session to ensure your are photo ready when it is time for your appointment.

What can I expect during a photo session?

Within that time frame cap and gown images on various background and poses will be taken with props such as  mortar board (cap), diploma, flowers, and books that are provided by Digital Masters.  Gowns and sashes are also provided.  Students are requested to wear a white shirt (girls) and white shirt and tie (boys) as this provides the best look for the gown images.

Casual images with or without props brought by the students are also included in the session the student chooses.  If no casual photos are requested, extra cap and gown photos will be taken.  A total of between 10 and 15 images will be taken during your session.

Can we book appointments online?

Yes, appointments can be booked online or they can be booked at the school directly, depending on which method the school prefers.  See your student association for details, or call/email us for more information. If you know the date we are coming to your school, book your appointment here.

How long before I receive my images?

Images are emailed within the week; usually it only takes a few days.  If you request a USB, they will be mailed within the week.  An extra charge of 10.00 applies to USB's.
